i dined at the south beach restaurant and it was a treat. satya provided friendly service and nothing was too much trouble for her , so i really appreciated that.
the outdoor pool area seemed far too small , considering how large the hotel is , so i found it somewhat limiting. also , my room was between the hotel and the parking lot , so it was relatively noisy at times.

i really enjoyed three meals at the south beach restaurant the food was good. the outdoor pool was also a highlight and the spa was great. the staff were friendly and always ready to help.
the air conditioning in my room did not work well it was an hot weekend. i reported it to reception but the issue was not resolved. there was no compensation offered at check out.

Tommy really looked after us. My aunt has dietary requirements and they took care of it.
The pool was busy. I found that there was no poolside service for drinks. Only ONE person was serving at the bar, so wanting a drink meant a 15-20 minute queue each time.

The hotel upgraded me to a suite with sea view. This room was very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Andre gave us a lovely service at dinner in the South Beach restaurant. He ensure we had everything we needed.
The outdoor pool was closed some time ago. Despite this, they still charge full fees. I objected this situation, but my request was refused. I don't understand why I should continue as a member.
